Nickel free medium temperature hot water sealing additive FKZW001 liquid is suitable for stain free sealing of anodic oxide films, with excellent sealing quality. Can be used for stain free sealing of transparent oxide films, overall coloring, electrolytic coloring, and organic adsorption dye films.Usage conditions:

As a pore sealing stain inhibitor, the concentration of FKZW001 should not be too high. Excessive concentration can lead to slightly higher weight loss in the "nitric acid pre impregnated phosphochromic acid immersion weight loss method" in the pore sealing quality test (ISO 3210). A high concentration of 15 milliliters/liter is still acceptable.
Packaging and Storage:
