The products are divided into three series: water-based environmental protection lotion series, powder material series, water-based wax lotion series. Main products: water-based zinc stearate lotion and calcium stearate lotion have certain popularity in the papermaking, coating and rubber industries, and have been clearly recognized by customers. Requirements Alignment & Data Collection: Customers inquire via the e-commerce platform store customer service. A dedicated sales team conducts online engagement, meticulously documenting product specifications (e.g., aqueous zinc stearate emulsion), application scenarios (ceramics/paper manufacturing), technical parameters (Solid Content/Viscosity), and order quantities, with all requests simultaneously documented in CRM systems

Schematic Design & Online Confirmation
The customer service team will work with the technical department within 24 hours to formulate product selection recommendations (such as recommending the X-36 emulsion suitable for sandpaper production) and process specifications based on customer needs. Confirmation will be sent via platform messaging, along with laboratory sample test reports and product documentation files (SGS/FDA certifications, etc.).

E-commerce Platform Transaction Execution
Advanced Payment Terms: Customers make full payment upon platform order placement, with the system auto-generating an order ID. For bulk purchases exceeding 1 ton, customer service concurrently verifies shipping addresses and delivery requirements (e.g., documentation/insurance), coordinating with either platform logistics services or the customer’s designated freight forwarder.
