This product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and tasteless. It is a hydrophilic erucic acid amide white lotion, which is easy to disperse in water and has a sense of smoothness. Akutanamide, as an important derivative of erucic acid, is an excellent fine chemical product with a wide range of applications. Due to its high melting point and good thermal stability (stable at 273 ℃), it is mainly used as an anti adhesive and slip agent for various plastics and resins, as well as an excellent lubricant and anti-static agent for extruded films.

Product Usage:
1. Mainly used as a lubricant and release agent for plastics such as CPP, BOPP, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, PVC, PVDF, PVDC, PU, and metallocene polyethylene, it can significantly reduce the dynamic and static friction coefficients on the surface of products (films or sheets), improve processability and packaging efficiency. 2. Plays a smooth, anti adhesive, and anti fouling role in ink, delaying the settling and agglomeration of materials and fillers, helping to redisperse, increasing the wear resistance, scratch resistance, and surface smoothness of printed materials, especially improving their smoothness and anti adhesion during color matching printing.
3. Adding this product to rubber (SBE, SBP, SBR, PP) can improve the gloss, stain resistance, and elongation of rubber products, enhance vulcanization promotion and wear resistance, and especially have the effect of preventing sun cracking.
4. Used as a release agent and surface lubricant for thermoplastic elastomers (TPE, TEO, TPU) and fluororubber, lubricant and release agent for engineering plastics, lubricant for LDPE calendered synthetic leather, and lubricant for fiber materials, non-woven fabrics, and entertainment chips.
5. To provide excellent anti-wear, scratch resistant, anti stick, and increased slip surface properties for ink, avoiding friction between thin films during high-speed printing that may wear down the ink surface and affect the printing effect. Eliminate the phenomenon of ink film easily falling off the roller during high-speed printing.

Packaging and storage:
200KG plastic drum packaging. It should be stored indoors to avoid freezing and prolonged exposure to sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months.
