Product performance:
This product is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and odorless. It is a hydrophilic ethylene bis (stearic acid) amide milky white liquid, mainly used in water-based coatings, water-based inks, textile finishing, cosmetics, thermal paper coatings, and plastic rubber demolding. It has good anti settling properties, delicate lubricity, excellent dispersibility, etc., making it an excellent lubricant, dispersant, and release agent.  

Product Technical Specifications:
Physical and chemical properties: This product is a milky white dispersion that is easily dispersed in water and has a smooth texture. Acid resistant, alkaline, and aqueous media. At room temperature, it does not melt in ordinary organic solvents such as ethanol, but melts in hot chlorinated and aromatic solvents. However, after cooling, it will precipitate again.

1. Rubber products: In the rubber industry, this additive can be used as an anti adhesive, lubricant, and release agent for rubber materials, as well as a surface treatment agent for hard rubber.
2. Coating industry: Adding it to coating production can improve the uniform dispersion of pigments and fillers, enhance the surface leveling of dried paint, prevent paint peeling, and improve water and acid resistance; It can also have a matting effect in nitrocellulose paint.
3. Chemical fiber fabrics: can improve the heat and weather resistance of polyester and polyamide fibers, endow them with certain anti-static effects, and reduce yarn breakage in anti-static nylon fiber spinning.
4. Makeup products: can be used as lubricants to improve the smoothness of the surface.
5. Paper industry: can be used as a waterproof agent for surface waterproof coatings on special paper, thermal paper, etc.
                  
Usage and reference dosage:
1.0~3.0% in water-based coatings, 3.0~5.0% in papermaking, and 3.0~8.0% in others.

This product should be stored in a sealed container, in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding high temperature exposure. It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5-25 ℃ and should not be stacked with strong acid, strong alkaline compounds, or corrosive substances to avoid affecting stability. Packaged in plastic drums of 50, 200 kilograms or tons, this product is non-toxic, non corrosive, and suitable for various transportation methods.
