Room temperature sealing agent FK002 is a green powder containing fluoride, used for sealing aluminum anodized films at room temperature. Suitable for sealing holes in transparent oxide films, anodized coloring, electrolytic coloring, and organic coloring films.
Proper use of FK002 sealing can achieve excellent sealing quality.

Usage conditions:

1.To achieve the best sealing quality, it is best to prepare the tank solution with deionized water. Impurities in water can affect the quality of sealing holes. The pH value of the newly configured tank solution or during use should be checked, and diluted ammonia water or acetic acid should be added as required to adjust it.
2. The concentration of FK002 in the sealing solution should be kept at 7-9 grams per liter as much as possible, and it must be replenished when the concentration is lower than or equal to 7 grams per liter.
3. Unlike high-temperature sealing, the chemical conversion reaction of FK002 lasts for several days, and the sealing quality continues to improve. If the hole is immediately immersed in hot water for a short period of time (70-82 ℃) after sealing, it can shorten the time required to complete the sealing reaction, reduce the possibility of finger marks, shorten the drying time, and minimize the cracking of the hard film.
The lifespan of the sealing tank solution mainly depends on the amount of sealing product, the influence of anodic oxidation acid, dye residue, and washing water impurities brought in, and the pH value of the tank solution will also change due to factors such as sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and alkali brought in from the neutralization tank.
In order to prolong the lifespan of the tank solution, it is recommended to clean the aluminum parts as much as possible before sealing the holes.
5. Waste liquid treatment
The used FK002 waste liquid contains contaminated metal substances, mainly nickel and cobalt, which must be removed in accordance with local environmental protection laws.
