2. After adding phosphoric acid and sulfuric acid, do not add the additive DX-914A. When heating to 80 ℃, dissolve aluminum first, with a dissolved aluminum content of 12-15 grams per liter. When dissolving aluminum, it is best to choose multiple times and dissolve less each time to prevent the temperature from being too high (the temperature will rise during aluminum dissolution). At the same time, it is recommended to use thin sheet aluminum and press the aluminum into two acids to ensure that the aluminum is completely immersed in the two acids!
3. After dissolving the aluminum, test the temperature. When the temperature drops to 85-90 ℃, pour in the weighed additive and keep it circulating or stirring! At this point, a small amount of aluminum can be added to activate the solution while maintaining a temperature of 85-90 ℃ for 2-3 hours!
4. Start cooling down to the temperature range that can be produced during use, normally within the range of 76-82 ℃!
5. Please do not bring too much water into the tank during production, as bringing too much water can cause slow light output.
6. When adding, the phosphorus to sulfur ratio can be 10:1, and then activated with aluminum before adding 10% of the additive! It is recommended to add a small amount multiple times when adding!5、 Safety precautions:
1. Due to the strong acidic nature of the chemical solution, it should not come into direct contact with the skin. Please wear corrosion-resistant protective equipment during operation.
2. LS-914A two acid additive must not be mixed with lead to prevent mercury thermometer damage and overflow of heavy metals such as mercury into the solution. If this occurs, the solution cannot be used.
3. Be sure to store it in a designated location and separate it from other substances. After opening the packaging, do not leave it for too long!
4. Processing tank: Stainless steel SUS316 tank. Do not directly heat the processing tank with an open flame. Instead, use a quartz heater or steam heating method.6、 Packaging:
