Directly add the original solution to the water tank, or dilute it with 10 times the amount of water. The dilution ratio is generally 1:10 (due to the properties of the adhesive material, film temperature, ambient temperature, walking speed, and stacking pressure, please confirm the specific usage through user experiments)
1200 is an environmentally friendly rubber film release agent that has the advantages of low energy consumption, non toxicity, excellent process performance, and simple operation during manufacturing or use. It enhances the anti deterioration ability of the release agent itself, prolongs the storage stability period of the slurry, and improves the intrinsic performance of the release agent. It is suitable for all colors of rubber and effectively solves the quality problem of bright colored rubber vulcanization discoloration caused by the release agent. It does not affect the physical properties of the rubber material, nor does it affect the subsequent processing performance. The advantage of this product over other similar products is that it has good environmental friendliness, no dust, no flying, and no corrosiveness to processing tools such as conveyor belts.

This product should be stored in a sealed container, in a cool and ventilated place, avoiding high temperature exposure and freezing, as freezing can cause serious damage to the product; It is recommended to store at a temperature of 5 ℃ or above and avoid stacking with strong acids, strong alkalis, compounds, and corrosive substances to prevent leakage of acidic and alkaline liquids and chemical reactions with the product, which may affect stability.
