1、 Technical indicators:
Emulsifying with a special neutral non-ionic emulsifier avoids the disadvantages of unstable alkaline saponification and easy layering in the past. It can be stored in a sealed and cool place for a long time without layering, demulsification, or clumping.  

2、 Performance characteristics:
Acid resistance, alkali resistance, hard water resistance, strong water solubility, stable lotion, no layering, demulsification, caking, long shelf life, high solid content, and good dispersibility when diluted with any proportion of water.   

3、 Application scope:
1. Leather industry:
(1) Wax lotion can be compounded with fatliquor: a small amount of wax lotion can be compounded with fatliquor to improve the effect of fatliquor, increase the waterproof property of leather, and make the leather feel smooth, soft and plump.  
(2) Wax lotion is used as an additive in leather finishing: adding wax lotion into leather finishing agent mainly plays the role of filling coating, improving coating feel, abrasion resistance, anti sticking and increasing gloss. All products have good water solubility, stable lotion, and no layering and floating wax during long-term storage. It can be applied to the coating of various types of leather, with a soft and natural luster, a full and moisturizing feel, and can improve the friction resistance of the leather surface after coating.  
(3) Emulsified wax is used as a leather brightener, matting agent, and hand feel agent. Currently, people have two main requirements for the appearance of leather products: one is to increase the luster of leather, such as polished leather, lacquered leather, and polished effect leather.  
2. Paper industry:
During the paper selection process, the vast majority of the paper has internal adhesive added, which can give the inherent absorbent film of the paper fibers ideal water resistance strength.  
3. Artificial board:
It includes two types: fiberboard and particleboard, which have water resistance and improved surface glossiness.  
4. Printing paint, leather coating:
Good anti sticking effect, good water solubility, and does not affect gloss.  
5. Textile industry:
Emulsified wax is mainly used as a finishing agent for yarn and textile finishing. Yarn finishing is the use of emulsified wax on the finished product line, which produces high gloss, deeper and more vivid colors, as well as higher elasticity and tensile strength. Emulsified wax is mainly used as an important component of textile finishing agents in post finishing, with the aim of endowing these textiles with excellent softness, smoothness, and glossiness.  
6. Water based coatings and water-based ink industry:
Emulsified wax can improve the scratch resistance, surface hydrophobicity, and anti adhesion and anti fouling properties of the coating, making the coating smoother.  
7. Release agent:
Emulsified wax is widely used as a release agent in various fields such as rubber or plastic product release, PU release, metal release, etc.
