1.Brief introduction

CN-907 closed ash and nickel removal agent is used in the post-treatment process of aluminum anodized film sealing, which can effectively remove the ash and nickel generated on the surface of the product during sealing.

(1) Free of nickel and other heavy metals, significantly reducing the nickel content on the surface of the oxide film, environmentally friendly and safe;
(2) Improve the dirt resistance and weather resistance of the oxide film;
(3) Effectively reduce sealing dust;
(4) Extend the service life of nickel sealing groove solution and reduce emissions;

The total acid point should be controlled between 4-10, and the product capacity will not be affected. If it is too low, adjust it with dilute NaOH, and if it is too high, add CN-907 closed ash and nickel removal agent;
