1. The concentration of this product will decrease during normal use, and 3-5KG of this product needs to be added for every 100 square meters of product.
2. After the workpiece is removed from the solution of this product, it needs to be washed with water as soon as possible. It needs to be washed with hot pure water at 60-70 ℃.
3. A filtering and circulation device is required.

5、 Process flow:
Aluminum alloy degreasing → water washing → alkali washing → water washing → neutralization and ash removal → water washing → chemical polishing → water washing → neutralization and ash removal → water washing → anodizing → water washing → dyeing → water washing → hole sealing → water washing → hole sealing post-treatment (BH80) → water washing → drying (note: 2 to 3 water washes are required after each main process)

This product is packaged in 30KG/drum, stored in a sealed container, and transported as a general chemical.
